AKE BTU Measurement System: Accurate solution to measure individual energy consumption in virtually any liquid heating/cooling system. Also used to measure performance of energy saving systems or the loss of efficiency which isdirectly tied to loss of revenue. System Working Principle I Hardware BTU Measurement system consists three parts: BTU meter, flowmeter and a pair of temperature sensor. A. C03P BTU meter real-timely detects temperature difference of water supply and return pipe by a pair of temperature sensors , monitors the instantaneous flow rate by Flowmeter. B. According to Heat Transmission formula, C03P BTU meter calculates each user’s heating/cooling energy consumption, as per rated unit price (Dollars/MW) to calculate the total fee. II Software AKE BTU Measurement System is equipped with software of strong function. 1) Real-time calculation: Real-timely calculates energy consumption, thus ensuring data accuracy. 2) Concentrated reads record from meters: Via software it remotely collects the data from metes. Automatically stores data and statistics. 3) Automatic checking: Automatic checking each point of the whole system, Auto-alarm in case of abnormality; records error(type & date & quantity). 4) Storing record: Stores records of every month (total twelve months) and detailed information in a month; 5) Collecting fee as per different time: fee-collecting as different unit price basic on different period; 6) Managing function: Offer statistics of utilization rate of air-conditioning. Able to draw using diagram of a period, effortless to analyse. 7) Security functions: Requires different password as per operated class. 8) Metering management: Charging the total fee a user should pay with fee-information print ability. And the fee information can be copied out with different format. 9) Extension function: Opens database, OPC interface, integrated easily. 10) Querying function: Checks status & consumption value of each metering area, query history data conveniently and quickly, also can be queried via network.
